The Living Curriculum is Tremont's evidence-based approach to learning. Our highly personalized curriculum sees and lifts up students’ strengths, makes room for different ways of thinking and learning styles, and honors the whole individual. Belonging comes first, curiosity matters, then learning comes alive.
At Tremont, students aren’t simply moved through lessons—they actively shape their learning. Teacher-designed academics are built around what's alive in each student, rooted in organic interests, known competencies, subject-specific essential skills, and project-based assessments.

Tremont acknowledges that development is a marathon, not a sprint, and it happens at different rates and in different domains for each student, uniquely. The Living Curriculum promotes personal understanding and mastery through a guided discovery process; our multi-age environment provides space for students to build integrated executive function skills and independence in developmentally appropriate ways.
